At Goonzquad, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
